About me

I'm a highly qualified and experienced therapist, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have been working in clinical practice since 2005 and, in that time, have accumulated over fifteen thousand hours of experience and knowledge in helping people with their mental health.

I run a busy therapy practice in Tramore, County Waterford, Ireland. I also have over a decade of experience lecturing in Irish and British universities across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate third-level programmes in counselling and psychotherapy, as well as facilitating training courses in CBT.

I have a Professional Doctorate in Health (DHealth) from the University of Bath, a Master's Degree (Distinction) in Psychotherapy Studies from Sheffield University and a First Class Honours BSc. Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University.

I am fully professionally licenced, accredited and certified.
