I'm a highly qualified and experienced therapist, specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have been working in clinical practice since 2005 and, in that time, have accumulated thousands of hours of experience and knowledge of helping people.

I run a busy therapy practice in Tramore, County Waterford, Ireland. I have over a decade of experience lecturing at universities across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate third-level programmes in counselling and psychotherapy.

I have a Professional Doctorate in Health (DHealth) from the University of Bath, a Master's Degree (Distinction) in Psychotherapy Studies from Sheffield University and a BSc. Degree (First Class Honours) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University. 

I am fully professionally licenced, accredited and certified.
