1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
“Provider” means Dr. Donagh Ward
“Subscriber” / “You” means the individual purchasing or accessing the Course.
“Course” means the on-demand educational video content and associated materials.
“Platform” means the website or system through which the Course is delivered.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase and access the Course.
4. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Course for the duration specified at the point of purchase.
Access is provided on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence basis.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access the Course.
5. Permitted Use
You may:
View the Course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
You may not:
Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or make available any Course content to third parties.
Record, download, copy, or reproduce the Course content unless explicitly permitted in writing.
Use the Course materials for training others or for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All Course content, including videos, text, slides, graphics, recordings, and downloads, remains the intellectual property of the Provider or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.
7. Payments and Fees
All prices are displayed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.
Payment must be made in full prior to access being granted.
The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting existing purchases.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of the Course, refunds are not provided once access has been granted.
Where applicable, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory cooling-off period upon immediate access to digital content.
9. Educational Disclaimer
The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Completion of the Course does not guarantee any specific outcome, qualification, certification, or professional accreditation.
The Course does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of the Course.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Course.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Platform Availability
The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
Temporary suspension may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
12. Termination
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Course without refund if you breach these Terms.
13. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Provider’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including GDPR.
14. Amendments
The Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms will apply from the date of publication on the Platform.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
